Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on July 27, 2021, found that, Caring Angels Home Care, LLC., corrected their deficiencies and was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a on-site state home care agency re-licensure survey conducted on May 11, 2021.
